At iCreate Original, we value your satisfaction with every custom order. Because each product is uniquely designed, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. It’s important to understand that some circumstances, like shipping delays or damages caused by third-party carriers, may not be eligible for refunds. However, we will always work with you to find the best solution.
Guidelines for Refunds:
- Custom Orders: Since all products are custom-made, we cannot guarantee automatic refunds. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 5 calendar days of your delivery date to initiate a review.
- Shipping Issues: Problems such as delays or damages in transit are outside of our control and are typically not refundable. If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us right away, and we will work on a solution.
- Incorrect or Defective Products: If there is an error on our part, such as a printing mistake or damaged items caused during production, we will work with you to offer a replacement or correction. Please notify us immediately within the 5-day window.
Non-Refundable Situations:
- Color Variations: Slight color variations due to screen display settings or the CMYK printing process are normal and are not considered defects.
- Design Submission Errors: If your artwork contains errors such as low resolution, incorrect format, or design mistakes, these may not qualify for refunds. Please make sure to review our Artwork Guidelines and confirm the format is correct before submitting your design. If you have questions, we encourage you to reach out for clarification before placing your order.
What to Do if You Have a Problem:
- Contact Us Within 5 Days: If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 5 calendar days of receiving your items. You can call us at (954) 681-0081 or email us at iCreateOriginal@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.
- Collaborative Solutions: While we cannot guarantee refunds in all cases, we promise to work closely with you to resolve any concerns and find a mutually satisfactory solution.
